Bathing in a tub is very therapeutic for me. Also, I feel so much cleaner after a tub bath. Showering is fine for a quick cleaning, but I do not feel as clean taking a shower. That is why I prefer to take a tub bath sometimes. In a bath tub I can sit and soak in the warm water for long periods of time. This helps me to relax and unwind. I really can soak my troubles away in a bath tub filled with warm water. I love to add bubble bath to my water. Bubble baths are not just for kids to enjoy. I am an adult that enjoys playing in bubbles also. In addition, there are soothing bath soaks for tired and achy muscles as well. Some may help to detox the body and boost the immune system.
