Use solar energy to prevent depression
Power from the sun or solar energy can help prevent depression. I love to go outside when the sun is bright. The sunlight makes me feel good inside. I sometimes get depressed in the winter months because the days are shorter and nights are longer. Being in the sun cheers me up when I am feeling down. Also, I can think better with exposure to sunlight. Plus, sunlight helps me to relax. Therefore, I am able to sleep better. Sunlight may be best known for its skin tanning properties, but it is an emotional stimulant for me as well. Solar energy is very therapeutic and free for me to enjoy.
